Live like there is no tomorrow and Love like there is no tomorrow.
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction but I believe Death is not the opposite of Life. Death is an unknown. Whether it is a period at the end of a sentence of life, or a veil that simply shrouds the souls our eyes cannot see but our hearts can feel, I do not know. What I do know is, life and death are brothers. They are the two posts of the same path and it is what you do in between that matters.
So “inspire before you expire” and go explore, live, laugh, and take life as a friend rather than a series of hurdles to be overcome.
In my grief and mourning for a friend, I have found that the best way to accept death is to accept how someone lived and to celebrate it. Incorporate the way they lived into your own life so that their spirit is not lost or forgotten but carries on.
So today, the only thoughts I can say I have to share is that happiness lies in the appreciation and acceptance of the finite and the unknown. There are some lessons that come at a high cost but what a waste it would be to not understand how to learn from them all the same.
